SUBJECT: premeditated murder of prisoners in detention
Formal DEMAND is hereby made of your office to issue
an Executive Order or otherwise to command that all personnel
now under your executive jurisdiction immediately cease and desist
from all further torture and murder of prisoners presently within
United States custody in Afghanistan, Iraq, Cuba, or at any other detention
facility currently operated by the United States (federal government).
NOTICE OF DEADLINE, AND NOTICE OF INTENT
Your specific performance is required to be demonstrated
within the next seventy-two (72) hours, absent which my office
will have probable cause to lodge a VERIFIED CRIMINAL
COMPLAINT against you and against all of your accessories
and accomplices, on suspicion of premeditated murder
in the first degree, conspiracy to commit premeditated murder
in the first degree, and all related criminal violations of
Title 18 of the United States Code and of all Human Rights
Treaties to which the United States is a signatory Party
at the present time.
See Article II, Section 3: "... he shall take Care that the
Laws be faithfully executed ...." U.S. Constitution
Your immediate and specific cooperation is required, and
not optional or discretionary any longer.
